We had a fantastic experience at Morrie's Sparta. We started our day looking there and had a good conversation with Ricky the sales agent, he was friendly and not pushy like other dealers we encountered that day. While going through the process we decided to increase our budget a bit and they had a vehicle we were very interested in. We got there 30 mins before close, we called ahead and Ricky had the vehicle washed, parked and running waiting for us to test drive it. We decided we wanted this vehicle. We did the paperwork and got things ready for delivery the next day. They stayed late and we're still very friendly to us. The next day the finance person picked me up from home and brought me to work so I could pick the vehicle up when I got off. The service from start to finish and not to mention the extra things they were willing to clean up after we took the vehicle has been absolutely fantastic. Ricky, Tammy and staff were outstanding and have earned a customer moving forward. This team really cares about people and are not pushy and trying to sell you something you don't want to own. Have bought more than one car from this place. Service and assistance is unparalleled at time of sale. They are a little to pushy at finalization on selling high profit margin extras....extend warranty,windshield treatment,gap insurance ect. If you really need coverage gap insurance don't you think you may be paying a little to much?? Then again I would actually like for them to mabe add a little to sticker price if they need to....and have a little better warranty built into the soup.
