2020 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Boy do i have a story to tell. TL;DR: the folks here are the nicest and fastest, most hard-working people ive met in a long time. Theyre so genuine and i would recommend this place to anyone. My bestfriend and i are on our way to Minnesota from Colorado Springs. A decent drive indeed at around 14 and a half hours. Very manageable. However at 7 hours and 15 minutes in the vacuum pump went out and we couldnt stop the car. Broke down a few hundred miles away from home and a few hundred miles the other direction is our destination. Slept in a walmart parking lot for 3 hours until they opened until we showed up at 8 on the dot and explained the situation. The man in the front very quickly had a sense of urgency and quickly got our car in to be looked at and within 15 minutes they found the problem, had a price, and a time estimate for completion. Not only did they deliver on what they quoted, they were SPOT ON. The technician was very kind and well-spoken, and completed the task on the dot. Down to the very minute. These folks were very nice to us and my friend and i will never forget the kindness of every individual we spoke with during our chaotic adventure. Thank you so much! You guys CRUSHED it!! ????

I was really impressed with our service experience from AJ. We had a weekend vehicle emergency and AJ stayed an hour+ after his shift, on a Saturday, to diagnose the problem and reset the computer. AJ was super knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I would feel comfortable sending anybody to have AJ work on their vehicle. These guys are rockstars.

We've bought a couple vehicles from the folks at John Kohl. Ben is easy to do business with, there is no pressure, and his wife runs a seamless transaction with the paperwork. The other guys charge you a doc fee to still waste too much of your time getting things done. If you want to buy a vehicle, cut to the bottom line, and not waste all day talking about things you don't want, this is the place. Five star car buying experience.
