Let me start by saying that if you are looking to buy a Genesis, you need to look no further than Coconut Creek Genesis. My experience here was unlike any other, to the point that I drove over 3 1/2 hours to make my purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat due to the incomparable service I received. Laurie, whom I highly recommend, was my sales representative. She was professional, communicative, walked me through the process beginning to end, and provided me with any and all information I required to make a purchase and beyond. Ian who was the Finance representative also provided exceptional service and was extremely thorough and effective in his explanation of everything that had to do with my loan, paperwork, and available packages. This is without a doubt the best experience with a dealership I've had, where I left the lot feeling like I was seen as a person and not a number. Management should make note that Laurie and Ian are an asset to this family owned dealership, as I believe the stand on the same principles of caring about their customers.

Probably one of the best car purchase experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly especially when I’ve probably bought over 60 cars in my lifetime. From Ian, our sales advisor, to Lindsey, the GM of the dealership, the transaction couldn’t have gone better. Ian spent hours with my wife patiently going over every feature and function of the car so that my wife totally understood how everything worked. He was amazing! First time using Coconut Creek Genesis service department for my 2023 GV60. Truly one of the best service experiences. Mark Evans, my service advisor, provided me with excellent customer service. Coordinated the pick up of my vehicle while dropping off a loaner car. Mark was available to answer any questions and the technician took care of the issues, and my car was returned washed and vacuumed. I really love my GV60, and I am very happy to have such a competent and professional service team to call on. Thank you so much!
