2021 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Ramey Ford were very professional and helpful. We were traveling with a travel trailer from Michigan back to South Carolina and F250 diesel had mechanical problems. It was close to an emergency and they fit us in very quickly in the day. They were very friendly and very helpful especially the diesel mechanic with 44 years experience . These are good people and I really appreciate all of their help! Thank you!

The most amazing dealership ever! I live in Florida and was in the process of driving my parents back home to Ohio. Their Ford SUV broke down near Princeton, WV. We found this dealership and asked if they could take a look at their car. We had no appointment, just a broken down Ford Escape, with a lot of miles on it. Anyway, every, single employee at this dealership treated us like gold! They were all amazing! LT from service went above and beyond to help us. My parents are very elderly and had a dog with them. My dad is also in a wheelchair. A wonderful service department employee, a lovely lady and unfortunately I can’t remember her name, even offered to go get us a meal as we couldn’t take the dog into restaurants. They repaired the car and we were able to get back on the road, the same day! Even though we didn’t arrive until the afternoon! Best service and employees! I just wish I could buy my next vehicle from Ramey Ford! Unfortunately, I live in Florida and it’s a bit of a drive to get there. Thank you again for the amazing service and hospitality!
