2020 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Very friendly and welcoming staff as soon as we walked in. Tyler, Tristan, and Stephen went above and beyond this afternoon. Tyler even made me a cup of coffee. They never tried to push anything unwanted on us. We were very comfortable and had an excellent experience with each of them. Highly recommend these amazing guys!!!!

If I could give them 20 stars, I would! We were in town from Florida on vacation and planned on driving back to Florida the next morning. At 3pm on Saturday, my 2020 Expedition started acting up and the check engine light came on. I called and Adam the service manager answered. I told him my situation and he said that, although they close at 4pm if I can bring it by, he'll see what he can do. I was 25 minutes away. When I got there at 3:30pm he had 2 technicians waiting to diagnose and fix my issue so we could make it back to Florida safely. They got me all taken care in record time with the Best customer service imaginable and all at a very fair price. Thank you so much!!!! I wish I lived in Boone just so I could call this dealership my home dealership.
