2021 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I had an exceptional buying experience at Oakes Kia. If you can ask for Steven to be your salesman, do it. You won't regret it. He was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process. It was stress free and efficient. Great selection of cars too!

Super easy experience from beginning to end. I live across the state and was able to arrange everything over the phone and online. The application and price negotiation was clear and straightforward. Lyric was my salesman and he walked me through the entire process. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Bruce was my sales manager and was also great. After completing the paperwork from home I traveled out to KC the next day to pick up the car. The only negative I can think of (and this is very minor and doesn’t reflect on my salesman or sales experience) is that the dealership did not install the mount for the front license plate. Instead I will need to do that myself when my plates come in. Just an inconvenience that isn’t enough to change my overall opinion of the dealership.
