2023 Ford Edge ST-Line AWD

Tech was on time, did a nice clean job! Made sure my fluids was full, rotated my tires and was very friendly! This is my 4- maybe 5 service and now me and my technician are on first name bases! Very reliable and always a few minutes early or on time! I would recommend this service to anyone that comes from Columbia to Lexington for an oil change! Best part about It I pay the same price for him to come to me than driving across town! Great service!

I had bought a 2023 Ford Explorer ST in North Carolina that was having a strange sound coming from the right side of the vehicle. I took it to a ford dealership in Columbia, SC to see what the problem was. After they rode with me they asked if I had an appointment set up. I told them no. They said I would have to set an appointment up first. The earliest would be 3 weeks. I wasn’t happy. I decided to go a little further out for me to Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington, SC. As soon as I pulled up the dealership looked great. I pulled to the Service area they immediately opened the garage door. I was greeted by the Service Manager Paul. I told him what was going on and he immediately put me at ease and said he would like to take it down the road to see what the sound was. He asked his service advisor Matt to write me up. Needless say from the beginning to the end was a fantastic experience. They fixed my issue and got me back on the road. There isn’t any noise now and my ST is driving perfectly. Thank you Paul and Matt for the great service. I’ll definitely have all my service needs done here at Jim Hudson Ford from here on out.
