Start to finish the best car buying experience I've ever had. Had communication with Lee the Sales Rep prior to arriving, he asked for a list of wants and put together a list of cars I should see and/or drive before I got there based on my input. Scheduled an appointment and set time aside to spend with me and my wife to help guide our decision and answer questions. Extremely personable and professional and actually made it a buying "experience". Who knew buying a car could actually be fun. Bobby assisted with financing and everything went smooth. Had a great conversation and an enjoyable process overall, not something you generally associate with finance. Couldn't be happier with the process, pre and post purchase, with definitely be using these gentlemen again for our next purchase.

I purchased my jeep from Joe cooper, Lee Rabon the salesman that assisted. This was a great first time experience at a bigger car lot! There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever in my purchase and Lee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable, making me feel comfortable the entire process. Bobby assisted with financing, that part which is usually a long drawn out process was in fact NOT, and was smooth and easy to get through! Thank you all so much!

Schyler Ridgeway and the others need to be on tour, giving professional training on how to conduct business. He’s knowledgeable, confident and laid back. He’s not going to come at you like the desperate, annoying salesman nearly all others are. Even if it’s a bit of a drive, 10/10 recommend. I would even drive from out of state after the experience we had. They’re just THAT great at this.
