Highly recommended. They fixed what was wrong with my Ford explorer, in only a few hours. Fantastic service department! It was an hour drive for me than the closer Ford dealership in Medina which I had been going to. I had my car to them twice to get my car fixed and they did not fix it. I will drive the hour to get my car serviced from now on. The dealership is very clean and everyone is very professional. Salesperson Chris Draper was very helpful and assisted me in scheduling an appointment very quickly.
