Wow! Amazing customer service. We were vacationing in the Rapid City area, from Oklahoma City, when the transmission on our 2018 Chevy Silverado went out. Tim Howard in your Service Department went above and beyond to help us out. He hooked us up with the towing company you use, great experience there as well, and while we were getting towed to your shop, Tim was on the phone trying to find rental car options for us. He even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, and not stranded in Rapid City. I can't say enough good things about Tim. You even had the right transmission in stock!! Thanks to Tim and your great service department we were able to continue with our vacation plans with very little disruption to our itinerary.
