I brought my 2023 RAV 4 in for an inspection and any needed maintenance. It was so nice to just drive right in to the garage area. I was greeted by Elvis Bole who checked my information and answered any questions I had. The waiting room was comfortable and clean - a pleasant place to wait. I was able to check the progress through the link sent to my phone. Elvis came to advise me the car was done. He was very kind and courteous throughout the process. Deana in the service office and the tech James Thomas' work at Spitzer is top notch. I recently purchased a used Tacoma from another dealership. Deana was so helpful working with me to establish service at Spitzer, and James Thomas working on my truck to identify a few small issues that needed remedied was the the best service I've ever experienced at a car dealership or most businesses in general. Highly recommend for any of your Toyota service needs.
