I recently purchased a vehicle from Luther Bloomington Hyundai. The team concluded all aspects of my purchase in under 4 hours. Salesman Andy and Finance Manager Ben were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and services offered. I could tell they had my best interest in mind when discussing accessories and future service or warranty requirements. I would recommend Luther Bloomington Hyundai to anyone considering the purchase of a Hyundai vehicle. I would also fully champion the Hyundai Tucson as the car that rose to the top on an extensive, preparatory research analysis and has already proven its worth during a 2000-mile family trip.

My sales rep was Abdikadir and he was great. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want and was not pushy. He was very friendly with a great personality. Of all the other dealerships and salesmen who I had to work with, he was the only one who asked me “what do we need to do to earn your business today”. Very respectful. 10/10 would recommend and didn’t give me any hassle. Also when I pointed out a dent on the vehicle he immediately said that they would take care of it and did not charge me for it. My one complaint was being mislead on finances. I was presented a proposal with average interest rates and was told “if you have good credit this will go down”. I have phenomenal credit (800+) but apparently the best they could do was give me a higher interest rate than the national average. When I brought it up to the finance representative he just dismissed me and said “yeah well that’s wrong”.
