2024 Ford Edge

I got my Kia forte on lease from this location. It was straight to the chase, no random talk. Very to the point. My sales person was Rick and he was very nice. He helped me get a very nice deal. I just hope this same attitude continues over when I go for oil changes and all maintenance stuff. I am pleased so far.

I went here with intentions on just looking at other color options after I already had a deal secured at another deal ship but wasn’t thrilled with the other dealership customer service and the deal just didn’t sit right with me. I was greeted by Gerard’s smiling face where he gladly showed me all my options. We sat and compared the Sorento LX with the S model. Gerard showed me every feature in the car, and took the time to explain everything with me. When I wasn’t sure on the color I wanted he got back in the car with me and we drove the lot to look at all the color options. Within the last 5 years this is my 3rd car buying/leasing experience and Smithtown Kia blows everyone away with their customer service alone, then you throw in all the benefits you get from them for the life of you car and you can’t compare. Gerard made the process uncomplicated and comfortable. He was honest and trustworthy, told me good and bad of both my options in the SUV I was interested in. I highly recommend going here and will be a returning customer.

Gerard and Marty were the best in helping me get a car. The entire process was pretty painless, they answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns.
