2017 Ford Edge SEL AWD

This is the first time I've ever written a review for a place online, but I needed to say how exceptional the service was here. I worked with Aimee for my 30,000 mile service, and she clearly explained every part of the service in a way that I, a total car newbie, could understand. As both a woman and someone who knows nothing about cars, it's really hard to tell if I'm being ripped off, but she explained everything so well that I had complete confidence in signing off on additional services and deciding to put off some others that could wait until my 60,000 mile service. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I actually came away knowing more about my car and how to identify some things that might need to be looked at. (You can actually look at your tires to see if your wheels need alignment. Who knew?? Not me!) They were also really great at communicating - they called me right away when they say that I might need to replace some extra stuff and explained the problems, and they were really accurate on how long they said it would take. It was an absolute 10/10 experience, and I'm never going anywhere else to have my car serviced, or even to have an oil change. It was expensive, but I fully think that it was worth it. Thanks Aimee!

Very efficient most days, last Friday they were uncharacteristically behind. Gave me a 10% discount on 40k service and alignment. Several other "recommended" options which I opted not to take. They're good at not pressuring though. Comfortable lounge, snacks and coffee, good wifi.

My husband was having issues with a tire loosing air and I called and spoke with Lyndsay about bringing it in to be looked at. She said bring it in and they would check it out. We did, they checked it out it had a leak, put a patch on tire and we were in and out in 2 hours without an appointment and they were busy. No complaints with the service and staff, always accommodating. Always bring our car there for service. Highly recommend them for service
