I cannot recommend Royal Motors enough! This was the best experience I've had with a dealership. Sam Bazarova was absolutely fantastic and treated me like family. She was honest, not pushy, and respected the short time frame I had to purchase my new vehicle. She has been so helpful in answering my calls and random questions about my vehicle - truly top-notch customer service. 1. If you look at BBB make sure it’s Royal Motors and NOT Royal Family Auto which is in Ohio and horrid reviews. Royal Motor has 5 Stars and deservingly so! 2. Sam (an owner) was ABSOLUTELY incredible to work with, extremely laid back, personable and lets you take your time to look around. 3. I found the car initially on CarGurus which then I went to their website for further information. 4. After finding a car I was interested in I contacted the lot to confirm it was still there and told them I would be there within two hours (hoping it wouldn’t get sold since I didn’t put a deposit down to hold). Fortunately it was there, so did the walk around and checked everything out and took it for a test drive. I was sold after a block but took it for test drive freeway and city and it was great. 5. On the way back I called my agent to add the car to my policy even before I texted Sam to start the paperwork. 6. Within five hours total found online what I was looking for from my search, went there, test drove and paid cash and received an INCREDIBLE deal that I didn’t think would be possible. I did ask about warranty which you can purchase through a third party so we did for that peace of mind; Sam explained it and didn’t hard sell me on it which made me purchase it because it was an option and no pressure. 7. Oh yeah, I bought (essentially for my daughter’s first car) a 2010 Lexus RX350 AWD totally loaded and impeccably clean inside with only 92,000 miles on it for just under 11k! 8. Do NOT pass an opportunity up if you are in the market for a preowned car at a fair price and want to deal with a professional with no pressure! Thank you Sam!! Will definitely be back!
