We had to take in my Edge because of a weird noise from the tire. We thought it was something major but got good news and they fixed it at no cost. Great service department.
They are amazing and they also helped us from being stranded. They were to lease us a van so we could make our performamces at a northern Wisconsin Wedding and return to Kansas City while they pulled, repaired, and reinstalled our SUV Engine. Their shop staff are exceptionally skilled and the owner and the service manager we very professional and the repair rates were fair and reasonable. We didn't need to buy a car from them while we were there but if we ever needed one and was near the town of Monticello, IA, we wouldn't hesitate to visit them to make that purchase.
I enjoy looking at vehicles here. There's no pressure to buy. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and want the customer to feel important. It is a very nice place to look at both new and used cars.
