Ken was personable, kind, and possesses a wealth of knowledge about cars. All the information about the cars is available on his website without inputting an email or setting up an account. The car was within our price range and we did not feel pressure to purchase a vehicle. Though we were not planning on replacing our car, we needed to and he took our family situation into consideration and made this process as simple as possible, we will return here when we need to replace our other vehicle.
