We have been in the market for a Toyota Rav4 for a few months now. We've been to a few dealerships and ended up walking away several times because of hidden fees, pressuring salesman, etc. We walked in today expecting the typical dealer experience and it was the exact opposite. The owner, Arkan, was so comfortable to work with and to be around, he genuinely seemed like he wanted the best for us. He even complimented my husbands thorough mechanical check.
