Isaac and everyone I dealt with were incredibly attentive to my timeline, goals and desires as far as cars go. No one tried to upsell me on things I stated I didn’t need, and when I said my number one concern was my kids and their safety that totally set the frame for the cars we looked at and ultimately the one I bought. Additionally, the dealership itself was warm and welcoming, far more so than the several others I went to—on a hot, busy Saturday they were thronged with families with little kids (mine included), and they had snacks and juice boxes for them and not a soul there seemed like they were put out by all the kid chaos. Everyone seemed genuinely invested in helping these families find cars to fit their lives. 10/10 would recommend getting your car here!

Subaru of Ann Arbor was hands down the easiest car buying experience ever! All team members I dealt with at this dealership were so helpful and so kind. However, my sales rep Brad Maschke was especially fantastic!! I've had experiences in the past with sales reps who do the bare minimum to help you get into the car you want.
