2022 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I bought my last car from this dealership in 2021 and I have had it serviced here ever since. I have only ever had amazing experiences here but this was truly above a 5 star experience. When I totaled it on Monday, Chris got me set with a very last minute rental through the week. I then worked with Tyler finding the perfect car that they had brought over from the other location the next day and on Thursday I got the keys to my new car. Jackson was so helpful with all things financing and the entire process was so entirely seamless, quick, and easy. Everyone was beyond amazing, as usual, and I am so in love with this car. I literally cannot express how grateful I am for everyone in helping to make my chaotic week and short notice car buying so stress free.

Tyler on the sales team and Jason on the management team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me get everything handled start to finish. After I test drove the car I told Tyler a few cosmetic defects I noticed and they were able to get everything fixed by the next day for me to be able to take the vehicle home! This included a full detail due to a small dirt mark I noticed in the backseat. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. Even when they had to run off and do paperwork they would come back and check on me. They gave frequent updates of what they were doing and how the process was going. Buying a car can be a tedious process. I was there for 4 hours, including test drive, discussing cost and payment, and signing paperwork. I let them know I needed to leave at a certain time and they busted their butts to make sure I was out by the time I mentioned. I highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. Straight forward and very efficient transaction. Ethan was very responsive and made the whole process a great experience. We love the 2018 Nissan Armada we purchased. Everything was top notch and it was detailed to perfection.
