2017 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Brian and his crew, are very professional, caring, and thorough, whenever I have an issue with my truck, he has it in , in a day or 2, if not the same day, and its like brand new when I pick it up, hats what keeps me going back as needed,I would highly recommend him ..

All of the other garages were booking to atleast the first week of May. I called Knowlton and they said I could bring it in today. Thank God. I told them to look over my whole car to make sure it was good and they let me know what was wrong with it. Shout out to Kevin at the front desk. I didn’t have a ride back home while it got fixed so he made sure to make me feel at home! Telling me I can watch TV, offering me water or pepsi, and asking if it is too hot in the waiting room and if so I can turn it down. Amazing people that care. Thank you guys. :)

These fellas are so good, they deserve more than 5 stars! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. As a girl, it's hard to trust a mechanic sometimes. With these guys, I had no worries at all. They are awesome!
