The customer service representative was ready prior to our scheduled time. He took a few pictures of our car and handed us a check. We were done with the transaction in less than 10 minutes. Easy to pick up my new Tesla. Only about 15minutes. Car was clean and service was great. Carvana facility was easy to find to the left of the ADESA when you’re pulling in.
