Experience at location was awesome! Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, our 2024 F250 was missing the owner’s manual and we were told it would be replaced. I realize the Manuel can be found online but as a senior citizen I prefer a hard copy. Also, we have yet to receive our Reward Points due from purchase. I hope dealership will read this and follow through with manual and points.

This place is A1 in my opinion Ms Shannon has to be the best person ever she’s always trying to please and help in anyway possible.
