I had such a awesome experience with Mia! She was knowledgeable, polite, easy going, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with and aware of each step of the process while purchasing my car. The finance department was wonderful as well! We will definitely be coming back to Bergeys and recommending our friends to go there and see Mia.

I had to schedule routine maintenance at this location as my normal one was booked up. They immediately got me in, which was a relief. The service manager was so kind and thorough. He explained the different maintenance recommendations and was honest about which ones could wait a little longer to ease the cost of several things at once. I really appreciated his time and care. And he was very accurate when he estimated my wait time, which helped me plan my day. Thank you!

I saw a car online on a Tuesday night and made an appointment to see it. The next day we were contacted with a salesperson’s name. We met with Sara and test drove the car. Two days later, on Friday, we bought our new to us used car. The service was great. Also, we received extra bonuses that we did not expect like lifetime state inspections. It was a very positive experience overall.
