I was very pleased with Lithia toyota, Erik Calhoun done a exceptional job, has been very friendly and exceptional professional in showing me the vehicle and doing a test drive. Even though I don't have to best income and my credit score was not the greatest he truly did everything he could in his ability to help me out with the credit union, the paperwork and did not Promise Too Much. I'm glad that I got in contact with Lithia Toyota and I would refer anybody who wants to buy a car to talk to him and see him and truly tell him your situation and see what he can do. He got me in a really nice vehicle and I truly appreciate all the efforts he has done and how professional he done his job. I'm very pleased.

We bought a 2021 chevy traverse yesterday from Michael Fraley. A++! We are so pleased with the patience, customer service, and love that went into helping us find this vehicle. We felt like he really took the time to listen to our checklist of wants and needs, and took us right to what we were looking for. Not to mention, my husband and I had both of our children with us, and they were taken care of too. They stayed after hours to finish our deal, and we got to go home with some good family space for future trips!
