Hermann Ketterer at BAM is amazing ! He really finds the perfect car truck or SUV with all your needs and wants. He also is willing to work with your credit and give you top-dollar for your trade in ! We talked on the phone multiple times and he explained everything to me very well and walked me through every step of the way as this was my first time purchasing my own SUV without a cosigner! He was great with my kids coming who are 2 1/2 and 6 year old they had everything ready for me to sign so the kids did not get restless howver they do have a room with snacks and coloring and room to run around it was great and not stressful at all. Hermann is so personable and helpful I was so grateful to be able to work with him ! He is now like family and I trust him whole heartedly and honest.
