My wife and I were looking for a vehicle upgrade. I gave a simple call to Sanford Honda, where I was greeted by Charles. He verified the van was in stock. While we drove to the dealership, Charles had the van parked, ready for my inspection, dealer plates installed & ready for a test drive. My wife and I had a great experience. We felt cared for, informed, and with great conversation. My hats off to the staff, especially Charles for taking great care of a fellow veteran and getting my family into a better vehicle for years to come.
