I recently had to take me car to Crest for servicing. I sort of dreaded it because of previous experiences with other dealerships. But Crest, and especially Jean in the service department, made the entire experience so easy and even enjoyable. I made an appointment, and the mechanic looked at my car on schedule. He fixed one thing on the spot, and said the other issue would take longer. So I got a free ride back home, and Tim came to pick me up the next day when my car was ready. Jean and Tim were both great to deal with, and my car was fixed perfectly. Next time my car has issues, I won't hesitate a second to take it back to Crest.

Crest Lincoln always makes you feel special. Their commitment to detail always makes for a wonderful experience. I have always been satisfied when I have service performed there. My repairs are always done right the first time. I may not be rich but whenever I drive off in my Lincoln from Crest after a service appointment I feel like a million bucks!
