Very pleased with this establishment. I went in not knowing what I wanted, just knowing I needed something safer. Charlie helped me choose the perfect car in my budget. He showed me multiple vehicles, was honest with me about cars that maybe weren’t what I was looking for, explained everything with the paperwork and answered all of my questions as it is my first time financing a vehicle. Highly recommend. Go see Mike Block. We had bad credit, but JJ finance and Bob sales manager found a way to get us approved. We were in a dire situation. Without their help things would have been catastrophic for us. My woman would have lost her job. Thanks to Michael's Car Center and the whole team of great people that helped us into our 2018 Ford Fusion!

Went in to buy a used car and did exactly that told Brandon what my budget was and he showed me a few options and we ended up landing with a 2011 bmw he made sure to work the numbers so the out the door price matched my budget with taxes and titles to him and his sales manager were great to work with.
