The staff are always so kind and helpful. They are patient and happy to answer any questions I have and call back whenever they have news. They are fast and consistent. I will take my vehicle here as long as we are here, it's worth the drive from Watertown. The other Ford dealerships around aren't as considerate or helpful in my experience.
