2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Experience at location was awesome! Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, our 2024 F250 was missing the owner’s manual and we were told it would be replaced. I realize the Manuel can be found online but as a senior citizen I prefer a hard copy. Also, we have yet to receive our Reward Points due from purchase. I hope dealership will read this and follow through with manual and points.

My sales representative ,Mr. Curtis, was very curious, friendly, patient, and worked digitally to get us the best deal possible in purchasing our new Ford Expedition which I really love and is enjoying very much. He made sure I understood all the features of my new truck .The purchasing department made sure I understood and explained every form signed. This place is A1 in my opinion Ms Shannon has to be the best person ever she’s always trying to please and help in anyway possible. Not just her everyone that works with her goes out their way to make sure you are satisfied with the job they have done. Love them they are quick and it’s easy to understand them when it comes to the knowledge they provide about your vehicle.
