A+++++++ for this great dodge service center!!! We were traveling through CO, near Cortez with our 5th wheel when the check engine light came on our Dodge dually. We dropped our 5ther at the Loves Truck stop then did a walk in as Verizon cell service was down so we couldn’t call ahead. The service center front desk guy was all about helpful and the tech was amazing. They problem solved the issue, fixed it and had us on our way in 3 hrs!!!! Now that’s not the norm nor should it be assumed this would be but let me say we were so very grateful as we were on a RV tour needing to meet our group in Bluff, Utah and we were not at all familiar with anything or anyone in Cortez! You hear so much negative about the world today but to have the experience we did at Truwest Auto in Cortez reminded us, not all is lost and people are still awesome! Thank you so much to the guy (I’m terrible with names) at the service desk and the tech for being the difference makers for us today!
