2017 Ford Edge SEL AWD

This is my story. About a year and a half ago I decided I wanted to put some new wheels, rims, and a lift kit in my truck. Toyota tundra, 2021. Originally there was a company in Jenkins Minnesota that was going to help me. Told me he would take care of everything. I probably spent the better part of 12 months working with him, trying to get a hold of him with no luck. In the midst of all that I met Dustin and Darren at Upper Cullen Resort. Got to talking about what I was wanting. Told him I had been waiting for almost a year for something to happen. They both right away, Dustin and Darren, said we can take care of you. So I went to see them at Midwest trucks. I probably spent over a couple hours there the first time. They were very patient and welcoming. There was no pressure. I made sure that everything that I was buying I chose. We had a little problem with one of the companies that were shipping the tires. They shipped the wrong tires. Certainly nothing Dustin or Darren could’ve done about that. So we found a different route. I was able to purchase even Better tires. and everything that they said would get done, did get done. When I came to pick up my truck, I nearly walked right by it. Wishing that the truck that I was walking by was mine. And Shernoff that was my truck. I could not be happier under any circumstances. The truck, the lift kit, the wheels and rims, turned out, absolutely perfect, and I mean perfect . Not only did they get done what I wanted, they took it upon themselves to detail the inside of the Truck. I had on the truck for two years at this point. It did not look as clean when I bought it as it did after I picked it up from Midwest. I give them a five star all the way!

Great dealership! Was interested in a truck they had. They brought it to my work since I work 7am to 5 pm daily. They were really easy to work with, price was fair. Professionalism and everything about the process was amazing. Highly recommend! Dustin and his dad were amazing!

Great father & son business. These guys are honest, no hassle, no pressure sales, and are very professional. Allowed us to fully inspect vehicle on their lift prior to test drive. Highly recommend stopping in if they have a vehicle you are looking at. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Larger dealerships will never treat you as well as these guys.
