Tim was amazing. We have bought many cars before but I have never had a more transparent, honest interaction with a rep like with Tim. He was very patient and helpful. It has been a few months since we bought my Equinox. He told me if there were any issues to bring the car back within 14 days, I had none. We will definitely be back when my daughters need to get their cars or we need to upgrade.
