2019 Ford Edge SEL AWD

We stopped by Don's while we were in West Plains to pickup a car to drive home (12 hours away). We didn't realize until we picked it up that it needed new tires. It was a Friday and a holiday weekend but Don's was still able to get us in quickly so we could get back on the road. Their staff was courteous and helpful. We had called a chain store to inquire about tires and they told us it would take several hours. Don's took about an hour and we had no problems at all on our trip home. Thanks for the peace of mind on our trip home!

I have been using Don's for a year now and have had 4 different vehicles in there for repair work done. The staff scheduling and management of work has always been on target, the facilities both in the back and in the customer areas are clean and well kept, and the technician is always available to talk (or just come out to talk) about the service work completed and their prices are always fair and comparable. Never had a question unanswered (or sidestepped) and having done inspections for the government for 15 years I believe I would know that. But the 5 rating really goes to the warranty work Don's does. They stand by their work and replace faulty parts (which sadly there are too many of nowadays). But in one case their mechanic was repairing some parts and during the repair missed seeing damaged parts that were clearly incorrectly installed by another mechanic somewhere else when I looked at them and that failed on me sometime later. But Don's said they should have caught it as part of their inspection so they repaired those [expensive parts mind you] under warranty. That's 5 star and what you rarely find anywhere today.
