2020 Ford Edge SEL AWD

My husband & I have been painstakingly searching over a week for a truck…. Not just any truck…. THE TRUCK! Kinda like when a woman searches for shoes…. Not just any pair will do! Days 6-10 were spent waiting for a different dealership to call us back…. For the record…. They’ve still not called! As we hung up from our 7th time calling them I was angry & feeling defeated. I closed my eyes & gave it to God cuz whatever it was we were doin was not working!!! A few minutes later we were fixin to pass Pennington Auto. We have known Hunter for about a year. My husband got out to talk to him to see what they had. From the time my husband got out, to the time we drove off the lot with THE TRUCK was less than 90mins!!!! 4days we spent anxious, angry, & annoyed waiting on someone to call us back!! Less than 90mins it took Hunter & Jack to show us the truck….& for us to sign on the dotted line! I am a FIRM believer in that there is a lesson in EVERYTHING! The lesson we learned…. Not all car sales people are the same. There are still some kindhearted amazing people out there!!!!! Your lesson in reading this…. Do not & I mean DO NOT waste your time going anywhere other than Pennington Auto! They go above & beyond!

I actually used to work as a salesman for Jack several years ago. These people went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had a good working car. I am humbled by the amount of attention and care they showed.
