My wife and I live in the Outer Banks NC. We were on a road trip to Baltimore for a family wedding when the wife decided it would be a good time to buy her a new car. As a small business owner I know what it means for customer service satisfaction… Ross and Chase made our experience so much more exciting and enjoyable….. I bought a 2024 Ram 3500 Dulley to tow our fifth wheel. The knowledge Ross had on the Ram truck was outstanding. Talk about customer service , since I bought the truck I have spoken to Ross and Chase numerous times for additional assistance. Without hesitation they have assisted me with ordering add ons etc etc With that said i HIGHLY recommend Fred Frederick of Easton - and if you go there ask for Ross and Chase you will not be disappointed..
