2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I was on my way back home when I started having some car troubles. I looked up the closest Ford dealer and they told me to come on in. As a young mom sitting the shop with no knowledge about what was happening, Phil made sure to keep me informed and let me know what they were finding out with my vehicle and what they could do about it. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I could make it another 120 miles in -15° temperatures and get home safely. From looking up how far my drive was to cleaning ice and snow off my tires, airing them up, and checking other things at no extra cost. Phil even made sure to check in with me to ensure I made it home safely. If I lived closer to this place they’d have all my business. This was a stressful and not ideal situation and they made me feel worry free, safe, and taken care of.

I am a full-time RVer and need an oil change on my 2015 F350 it also was due for fuel filter changes. I made an appointment online and Phil McCormick called me to ensure what I needed and confirm the appointment. When I got there as part of their inspection they discovered I needed all brake pads replaced at all four corners. I had known this was a possibility but they offered to let me go out in the shop and see for myself. Without me asking Phil offered to keep the truck at the shop and either give me ride back to the RV park or give me a loaner. I opted for the loaner which was nothing special but at least I still had wheels. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. If I am ever back in the area I would not hesitate to return. Phil knew we were RVers and just passing through and would likely not be back to the area but treated me like a neighbor. A true credit to customer service.

Took a long time from ordering to delivery but Mccormick made the decision to wait easy
