2024 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Purchased a used 2017 Lexus from this dealer back around November 2023. I was pretty satsfied with my purchase from MB of Springfield. The process of purchasing the car was super easy and they were willing to work with me on it. There was an issue with the car that i knew about prior to purchasing that unfortunately took a bit to get resolved but they took care of me and gave me a loaner until my car was ready. Quick shoutout to my sales guy Colton who made the process super easy. Highly recommend if your looking for a solid purchase. Definitely would go back here.

This is possibly the best Mercedes dealership of all time! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and real! No cheesy salespeople, no sales pitch, and a very low pressure, easy-going environment! Ty Mann was the easiest, most knowledgeable, and low-pressure salesperson I have ever dealt with. Customer service was incredible! I flew all the way from Washington DC to deal with this Dealership. My hats off to management!
