Did multiple replacements. Oil, tires, front and rear break pads, battery, and air filter. The estimate for time changed because there was one technician. Staff is friendly and fit me in when a bearing went out after this appointment when the car was making a horrible noise starting/stopping and especially when the car was in reverse. No charge for the repair also have to go back for torquing the tires after 100 miles. Main area has Parts and Billing. There is cappucino, coffee, a microwave, bottled water and water fountains by the restrooms. Childrens area, 2 computers free to use although logout completely when you are done. Charging stations by Service Center with multiple outlets and usb cables. Free shuttle I believe also. Let the employees know you are leaving and they will call or text upon request with updates or when the work is completed. There is a brochure for Hamus park if you would like to go for a walk and other places to shop nearby on this side of the street or a couple of restaurants if you would rather eat. Quiet area for adults also to sit and read with comfy chairs tables (book/magazine [nightstand-like]), fireplace and more bottled water. NOTE: This room could use a place to charge devices while you are sitting. Did not see any readily accessible within easy reach. Car wash outside is pull in with garage door [self service (car wash information/payment in main area)]. Overall excellent experience and service from V & H. Might be more expensive because this is a car dealer and service center, however I trust them to treat their customers, their vehicles and employees well. They take the time to answer questions and have conversations if they are not busy. Pleasant atmosphere with the other people there waiting. I will go to them if I am in Marshfield in the future as my car was purchased outside of the city at another dealership. Thank you very much.
