Excellent service and staff. I was kept informed on the technician's analysis of my vehicle's needs and all of my questions were answered. The outcome of the service provided was without issue. This is appreciated, as I have been to other locations that claim to fix something but the issue still exists and they charge even more. The technicians will recommend standard services that may not be necessary if they do not have your vehicle's service history. This is good and expected, but if you want to prevent from paying more than necessary, keep a good record of any service history not performed at this location. Regardless, they only performed the work I authorized, which is appreciated and expected. I will be back for to this location for future services on my Mazda 6 GT.
