2018 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

I brought my sister-in-law to Barry. Candace came from Red Lake and this is what she had to say. I traded in my car and as I car shopping at different car lots in Bemidji nobody wanted to sell me a car. Not at a price I could afford....so I drove to Park Rapids .....same story. The next day I drove to St Cloud and they wanted to sell me a car and at a price I could afford. Really some haters close to home!!! Yesterday I got a thank you card from the dealership and another one from the salesman. I wrote a review to all three dealerships in Bemidji and not ONE follow up. What a difference in customer service!!! We just want to thank Barry and Jorge for another job well done.

Wonderful customer service from start to finish! Especially during these times of so much stress for everybody, I so much appreciated the kindness and respect I received from the very moment I arrived from each and every Miller employee. It’s said that we don’t necessarily remember everything someone tells us, but we do remember how they made us feel. I felt like a valued customer, a valued person. Thank you.

Miller Auto Plaza has been a great experience thus far. I went from looking for a new vehicle to purchasing with them. We got to pick out great thank you gifts from them after our purchase to say thanks for buying a vehicle from us. Our First two oil changes are free and they even changed my wiper blades free. Then when my car was hit by a deer, they went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired to like new again. They took the time to address any additional needs I had with my vehicle and were great with explaining and answering any questions I had. I have been pleasantly impressed by all that Miller Auto Plaza offers from their selection of vehicles and salespeople to the routine maintenance and body repair work. Thank you Miller Auto Plaza.
