I was recommended to come to Da Silva Prime Auto from a good friend of mine, he swore up and down that they will do anything and everything in their power to get you into a car. I don’t have the best credit nor job history. I’ve been denied by other car dealerships or told I would need a cosigner. Here I worked with Bradley and I left with a 2011 Jeep Patriot with low mileage. A much better option compared to my 2005 Saturn ion. Bradley was absolutely amazing, working fast to ensure everything went smoothly. Another sales person Danni kept me company and helped me sell my Saturn for the most I could get for it (used that as my down payment). The owner even stayed behind to help and ensure I would have a better vehicle for my family. We were there about an hour or just over after their closing time. Honestly I hands down recommend this place to everyone, whether you’re struggling with credit or are well off. They are so kind, professional, and yet they keep the atmosphere light and almost gives the feeling of being around good friends.

12/14/2022 Buying a car can be stressful, especially if you don't personally know the person you are doing business with. For me, trust is important when making big decisions like buying a car. That said, John Da Silva, the owner of Prime Auto, proved himself to be a man of principles and integrity. He is a family man who cares about helping his customers. John displayed his preparedness and saved us time by having the vehicle staged outside the front door before we arrived for our test drive. He was cordial and approachable; we did not feel forced into anything. Additionally, John's knowledge and experience made everything flow seamlessly and even saved us money along the way. John was also flexible with our appointment when we had a little delay at the bank. The environment was comfortable and the offices and restroom were very clean, which did not go unnoticed and is representative of someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The foosball and arcade games are also a plus for those who have to bring their children along. We are very happy with our excellently priced 2018 Toyota Corolla, which was cleaned very well and left smelling great. Do not be mistaken: the vehicles at Prime Auto are quality vehicles.
