Great service, and respectful staff. Will continue to do business with them in the future. Jordan Christian helped me out with purchasing a 2024 Corolla Hybrid and I will say it was the best experience with purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Most of the communication was done through email and phone, which Jordan was very patient with me through all of it. Once the day came to pick up the car, Jordan greeted me promptly and showed me all the details. The location was also very clean, and everyone was very nice, did not feel pressured at all. Overall, 5/5 stars. Great experience from salesperson to finance, to leaving with my new car.
We wanted to buy a new Sienna which is no easy task right now! Jason was great at explaining the process, talking us through the options and helping us understand how the different options could impact the time it would take for delivery. He kept us posted during the waiting period and got us in for delivery as soon as possible. When we came in he was incredibly thorough in explaining every feature of the vehicle and services offered by Heiser. The whole process was smooth, quick and efficient.
