I was wanting to get the new Kia Carnival 2025 before my wife’s birthday. I checked through 30+ dealerships looking for the exact build she wanted but it was *extremely* hard to find. I live in Dallas Texas and ended up finding the exact car was scheduled for delivery from the manufacturer to Mike Miller KIA in Illinois. I called them up and put down a deposit. To get it in time for her birthday, I wanted to ship it to Texas the moment it arrived to the dealership. I worked with Mitch, Adam, and a bunch of others from the dealership and they were all awesome. They kept me informed, worked out all the state-to-state details, honored all their promo pricing, didn’t try to tack on unneeded expenses, and ensured that the transport company was able to pickup the car even if they had to stay late to ensure it all was handed over smoothly. They helped me remotely set up the KIA app so I could track the vehicle via GPS on it’s way down (and take 360 photos while it was on the carrier!). They also even put a big red bow in the car so I could present it to my wife as a surprise. It arrived on time and has been everything she/we dreamed for. What a great experience and such a beautiful car! Thanks to everyone at Mike Miller for making this such a great experience!

I recently visited Mike Miller KIA to check out the new Kia models, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Mitch, the salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. Especially the team over there “Quinn, Mitch and their manager” made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with Mitch!

First Time customer of the dealership. Was very pleasant experience from the first walk in the door to the purchasing vehicle. The sales team is exceptional all working as a team and you didn’t feel like one person was trying to Swoop in on you!
