I recently purchased a new SUV, and I worked with Dan McGrail. I recommend asking for Dan, as he was great. I loath the process of purchasing a car, with all the waiting and the run-around you sometimes get from dealerships. Working with Dan, I didn't get any of that. He was honest and straight forward, and he did a great job of aligning with what my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle. I also appreciate that he was sensitive to the fact that my wife and I had our kids with us. He was flexible, and willing to work around our schedule, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I also appreciated the knowledge Dan had regarding incentives. I'm not sure if it's a Mike Murphy dealership-wide policy to keep their sales people up-to-date on incentives, or if Dan is just proactive, but it was really helpful knowing the incentives up front. I was shocked how little other dealership sales teams knew about incentives. Dan's incentives knowledge not only showed us that we could afford a nicer vehicle, but saved us time because we didn't have to wait until we talked to the Finance office before we knew about manufacturers incentives. Overall, my wife and I had a positive experience. Outside of Dan, everyone else was friendly and relatable, and they were all real nice to our kids, which helped.
