2024 Ford Edge

I drive 3 plus hours from miserable Long Island to Keim because they did what our dealers wouldn’t. From start to finish my experience totaled less than 2-3 hours total. I sent an email on Sunday/Monday evening. Received a call from Chris Tuesday. No joke had majority of paperwork including insurance on the truck by Wednesday. Saturday morning I showed up with fresh bagels and was immediately greeted with a healthy hand shake and a smiling energetic friendly Chris. I was literally in and out of their dealership in just over an hour back on the road heading home. These guys absolutely did everything they could to not only accommodate my needs long distance but once in the property they made sure I was very well taken care of. Super friendly, easy to do business with, seemingly no non sense laid back local family people. Down to earth easy to communicate with. I will absolutely make the trip again and recommend Keim to as many people as I can.

After being in a car accident in which my 4 month old car was totaled, Anthony worked with me to get another vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me pre-approved while waiting for my insurance to make a determination of the car. Not only did he help me get another loan, he transferred my Sirius, contacted the insurance company with new car info. Etc. All I had to do was walk in, sign and drive away. Great customer service, I couldn't make ask for more. My new car, love it.

Drove an hour and a half to look @ a truck my son was interested in. Both Anthony and Mike were great. They both helped my son Anthony, become a first-time truck owner. Thank you, guys!
