This was my 3rd purchase from Markquart Toyota. Abby M was great as always and made the process easy. Scott in finance was passive aggressive when I denied the warranty. His last words were “you’ve bought it on your last ones. Now watch this will be the one you’ll have lots of issues with” which seemed very condescending. Overall a good experience besides the finance portion.

Within minutes of speaking to Heather on the phone, she sent me a personalized “walk through” video directly to my phone of a Toyota Highlander that we had discussed.
