2024 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

I feel that a place of business should notify you by speaking with you first before taking money off your Visa card .. every thing else was good so far. I left a message with my service advisor to call me never heard back today That’s because your card is on file doesn’t mean you can use it without notifying the customer .. yes my bill is paid in full but saying I owe more in a email I feel I should’ve got a call back first

All I can say is WOW! We had to take our vehicle in for a fuel pump replacement recall. Such a beautiful facility with attention to every detail. Way above any other dealership in the area. We were set up with a beautiful loner car for the weekend. But, didn't need it for long. They finished the recall work in one day. We can't say enough about the super friendly and helpful staff. Top notch in every department. They set the standard every car dealership should aim for. So, so happy with their work. ????????
