I stopped in Preston Hyundai to inquire about setting up a service appointment. I met Nick who was very personable and helpful. He said I could come in and wait for service or call and make an appointment. I called the next day and he was able to schedule me an appointment that afternoon. As I waited for the service to be completed, he kept me up to date on the status as well as showed me pictures of what work needed to be done. Brad, the service manager, came over and introduced himself and asked if he could be of any help. The whole experience was very positive and I am thrilled that I don't have to go to Salisbury for service!
